• EDU 360 School Sandton, Johannesburg Welcome to EDU360 Foundation
Support for Families, Educators and Therapists

EDU360 Foundation is the values-driven facet of EDU360 Integrated Education.

It exists to support, extend, and enrich the work of EDU360 Integrated Education, while offering outreach, training, and structured support to families, professionals, and communities.

We believe inclusive education is not confined to the classroom. It is built through systems, relationships, and environments that affirm difference, respond to need, and prepare students for meaningful futures. The Foundation is where our philosophy becomes action. It’s where we train therapists and educators, support parents, and reach into communities to offer care and connection where it’s most needed.

Why EDU360 Foundation Matters

EDU360 Foundation is more than a support service. It is the values-driven core of EDU360 Integrated Education. It ensures that what we say is what we do — and that our commitment to inclusive, strengths-based education is reflected in every programme, every conversation, and every decision.
We matter because:

  • Inclusive education must be sustainable.
  • Families deserve clarity, not confusion.
  • Professionals need training that is practical, affirming, and evidence-based.
  • Every student deserves a future they can believe in.

Through its key initiatives – EDU360 Reach, EDU360 Parents, EDU360 Professional Training, and EDU360 Careers – the Foundation builds bridges between families, professionals, and students.

It provides structured support, accessible training, and future-facing guidance that empowers individuals and strengthens communities. EDU360 Foundation holds the heart of our organisation. It safeguards our ethos, deepens our impact, and ensures that every student – regardless of background, diagnosis, or ability – is supported to move forward with confidence, dignity, and purpose.

Grounded in Values, Guided by Global and Local Thinking

EDU360 Foundation recognises the importance of global and local movements advocating for inclusive education, disability rights, and equitable access to opportunity. We draw from the work of:

Disabled People’s Organisations (DPOs)

UNESCO, UNICEF, and the UN Convention on
he Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD)

The World Bank’s inclusive education frameworks

Inclusive Education Canada

CAST (USA)

National Center on Disability and Journalism (USA)

SEND Code of Practice and Whole School Approach (UK)

The South African Constitution and National Development Plan 2030

Provincial Departments of Education in Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, and the Western Cape

Talentino! and The Careers & Enterprise Company (UK)

We support these frameworks where they align with our mission. However, EDU360 Foundation remains independent, non-political, and focused on its remit. We do not represent a single voice within the neurodiverse or disability community. Instead, we advocate consistently for students who learn differently – across all backgrounds, abilities, and identities.

We prepare students not for separation, but for participation.
Our work is grounded in values, not popularity.

We represent the under-represented-student
who fall through the cracks
and deserve a future they can believe in.

Support Beyond the Classroom

How EDU360 Foundation Builds Support Beyond the Classroom

At EDU360 Foundation, we believe that meaningful education extends beyond academics.

Our programmes are designed to support students (Edu360 Reach), families (EDU360 Families), and professionals (Edu360 Training) in ways that promote clarity, connection, and long-term growth.

Whether helping students discover future possibilities, guiding parents through complex decisions, equipping professionals with inclusive strategies, or extending care into existing schools – each initiative reflects our commitment to inclusive, strengths-based support.

Together, these programmes form a network of care that empowers students to thrive and participate meaningfully in civil society.
